Shipping Method
We offer deliveries of our holiday baskets and gifts throughout the
continental U.S. via UPS. Orders received by Thursday noon CST will be
shipped within 24-48 hours. Orders received on Friday, the weekend or
on holidays will be shipped in the next two business days. Business
days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays determined by our
carrier.
All
gifts and holiday gift baskets will be shipped via UPS by Ground
Service in 5-7 business days, excluding holidays. You may select a more
expedited method of shipping at checkout when ordering.
Please
note: Shipping method cutoff times during the last 7-10 days before
major holidays may differ from our regular cutoff delivery times.
Payment Options
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
Substitutions
Occasionally, we may find it necessary to substitute an item in our
holiday gift baskets due to availability. We will always substitute an
item of equal or greater value when this occurs.
Return/Refund
If for any reason you need to return your holiday gift or gift basket, please email us at :
returns@emelieroseltd.com
and please include a brief explanation for your return. We will credit
your account for the amount of the item, less a 20% restocking fee.
Notification must be made within 7 days of receipt of the item.
Gift
baskets must be returned in their original unopened condition with the
packing slip. All other gifts should be returned in their original
packaging with the packing slip.
Shipping
and delivery charges are not refundable except in the case of damage by
the shipping company. Return shipping is the responsibility of the
buyer. We will credit your account as soon as we receive your return.
If an item in your gift basket is damaged, we will gladly replace the item free of charge. Just email us at : returns@emelieroseltd.com and follow the return instructions stated above.
If the entire gift basket is damaged during shipment, please notify us immediately at :
returns@emelieroseltd.com. You must retain all packaging materials for inspection by the carrier.
